For the 3D scanning we use systems of different manufacturers (HP, Artec) to offer you a wide range of possibilities. However, the scanning result does not only depend on the technology used, but also on the operator. Thanks to our many years of expertise in the field of 3D scanning with a wide variety of methods, we can work with you to select the right method and the right strategy for your application. Scanning can be done either on our premises or on a mobile.
The achievable resolution and precision ranges up to 0.05mm for the smallest objects or details, but large objects, even buildings, can also be captured. You can find examples in our gallery. Furthermore we supply textured models for visual processing if required. As output formats we offer common polygon files like stl or obj.
Besides 3D scanning as a service we also offer to rent our scanners. Whether you already have experience with 3D scanning and only need one device or you want to do your own project as a beginner, both is possible. Beside an optional 45 minute briefing for 65,50€ we offer the following prices (Netto) for the rental of an Artec Eva with accompanying laptop and software:

For technical components, it is often necessary to convert the polygonal files into common volume-based file formats such as Step. We also offer the necessary reverse engineering as a service. Since there are often tolerances in the area of mechanical engineering components that cannot be captured by 3D scanning, we attach great importance to working with you to understand the requirements of your project exactly and to find an optimal solution for you.
Based on a created scan we offer further design services. Whether individual mounting for a device or manufacturing aids in production, almost everything is possible!
